EP308 is a copolymer of vinyl cyanide, vinyl benzene and acrylic ester. EP308 is a widely-used toughening modifier and compatilizing agent for engineering plastics. |

FEATURES |

Excellent toughening effect either at normal or at low temperature; Able to help masterbatch's toughness maintain at a fairly good level even at a low temperature of -40℃ to -50℃; Have a prominent toughening effect on PC with a small amount of addition (2%). |

Easy to disperse in polymer and polymer alloy; Have minimum weakening effect on masterbatch's fluidity. Not sensitive to mechanical sheering, therefore, favorable for setting of injection conditions. |

 |
For the presence of vinyl cyanide and acrylic ester, EP308 modified masterbatch is more stress-cracking-resistent to chemical solvents and less sensitive to water; Having a low unsaturated hydrocarbon content, EP308's thermal stability is excellent. It has a TGA temperature of 386℃, about 46℃ higher than that of MBS and B338. |
