FR7000 Flame Retardant Synergist

DESCRIPTION
FR7000 is a highly effective flame retardant synergist. Its main component is Stannic Acid Silicon, which synergizes with halogen flame retardant to inhibit the formation and spread of flame. Stannic Acid Silicon can also expedite the carbon formation process on the surface, which helps inhibition of flame by isolating the flaming objects from contact of air. More cost effective and environmentally friendly, FR7000 is an ideal substitute for Antimony Trioxide. FR7000 has been widely used in the flame retarding modification of PP, ABS, HIPS, PVC, PBT and PA.

Components: Stannic Acid Silicon (SiSnO3), with 40% - 50% Tin and 30% - 35% Si
FEATURES
FR7000's whiteness is higher than 98%; It is high temperature resistant with a 1% TGA weight loss temperature of over 600℃; FR7000 does not change the color of its masterbatch; Product made with FR7000 has a high thermal stability.
FR7000 is used to substitute up to 50% addition quantity of Antimony Trioxide by weight; For its significantly lower price, FR7000 is a low cost alternative to Antimony Trioxide.
Product modified by flame retardant synergist of 50%/50% Antimony Trioxide and FR7000 mixture has identical tensile and bending strength compared to product modified by flame retardant synergist of 100% Antimony Trioxide, while the former leads significantly in performance tests of elongation at break and impact strength; Thus, FR7000 reduces cost with no sacrifice of performance.
FR7000 has a certain effect of anti-dripping and fume inhibiting.
RECOMMENDED ADDITION QUANTITY
Substitute 50% of Antimony Trioxide by weight, other than that, no other change to the original formulation is needed.

25 kilograms net weight per plastic woven bag. Ship and store as non-toxic and non-dangerous goods. Keep out of water and damp.
