DESCRIPTION
FR6000 is a highly effective reaction-type P, N, Br composite flame retardant, which is designed to be used in homopolymerized Polypropylene(HOPP). Compared to the traditional Brominated flame retardants (Decabromodiphenyl Ether, Tetrabromobisphenol A, Tetrabromobisphenol A bis(2,3-Dibromopropyl Ether), TBC etc.) , FR6000 has a lower requirement for addition quantity, which allows higher filler addition quantity and thus is more economically effective. In addition, FR6000 does not need Antimony Trioxide as synergizing agent, while keeping the Bromine content at a very low level (near halogen free in the modified polypropylene). Furthermore, FR6000 is nontoxic, nonreactive to colorant and other addictives, and has a good processing thermal stability and good resistance to water and light. Lastly, FR6000 modified polypropylene shows no sign of surface precipitation in prolonged time.

NOTES
